Hi To increase vitamin D level you can include following vitamin D rich foods 1. Fatty fish, like tuna, mackerel, and salmon. 2. Foods fortified with vitamin D, like some dairy products, orange juice, soy milk, and cereals. 3. Beef liver. 4. Cheese. 5. Egg yolks. And many time the level are very low then you need to take a supplement also as it's very difficult to cover it with the food only. So for the supplement contact your doctor after showing the reports. If you wanna ask me anything else you cannot for a personal chat option Meet a Dietician/Nutritionist for personalized diet plan Eat healthy!! Stay Healthy !!
