Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin and supplementation should be as per its levels in the body. So kindly check its levels before taking a supplement. Rich sources of vitamin d are Sunlight so sunbath for 10-15 mins daily. Besides this foods like egg yolk, shell fishes, fatty fish oils, sundried mushrooms and whole milk and products are good sources.
