Vitamin d deficiency prob: acidity gas

Hello, I have vitamin D deficiency. Last 1-2 months I am suffering acidity , upset stomach, bloating. I got fissure surgery last 1.5 years back. That's why I eat veggies and drink 3.5 litre water in a day. I pass motion two times a day. Last one week I am facing vertigo. Could you plz tell me vitamin d medicine should I take or not? Which Vitamin d medicine does not get constipated ?
