I m 32 year male Vitamin d is only 12 B12 is 163 I have taken vitamin d3 60000iu shots Which tablet i should take too cover all the vitamin d deficiency Can you suggest some name of the tablet These reports are two weeks old

Vit D tablets/ syrup once a week after food either in morning or afternoon. Take vit D for 8 weeks only. Vit B12 treatment plan varies with your vit B 12 value, plan includes injections daily once for a week followed by alternate days once for 2 weeks then weekly once for one month and finally monthly once for 6 months. Consult and then start vit B 12 to know at which level you need to start
