Your test results show an increase in the TSH level and normal T3 T4 indicates that you may have subclinical hypothyroidism .No treatment is needed unless you are planning for pregnancy or  have symptoms.Repeat the tests after 4-6 months to monitor. You have deficiency of vitamin d.You can use vitamin d 60000 iu sachet once a week for at least 15 weeks along with daily calcium supplement.Exposure to sunlight, eggs, milk and dairy products, codliver oil are rich sources of vitamin d.

Slight higher range of tsh may indicate subclinical hypothyroidism as you are not having any symptoms it may be due to past infection So keep your tsh in check after 6 months Merchant navy having vitamin d deficiency is rare but as you are having such you should expose your skin to early morning and late evening sunexposure by wearing sleeveless clothes
