Around 7of August i go fo the vitmin d test and thyroid and ..my vitamin d is 31 and also i have thyroid my doctr give me throxyn and for vitamin d shalcal m daily and toyo 60k once in a week..my questions is that can i stop taking vitamin d  medicn now??bcz i dnt want my levels to increase much..today is the day 40th day of taking these medicn..plss guide me
