Vitamin A rich sources for vegetarians.
Vitamin A is available in various natural food sources mainly bright red , orange colour fruits and vegetables. Carrots, sweet potato, spinach, pumpkin, broccoli, papaya and red bell peppers.and tomatoes.
In case if you’re severely deficiency then supplements recommended.
Is my Vitamin B 12 normal or should increase more ? ... most of the time I feel low energy and fatigue
