You need to keep taking Vit D by way of food intake..
Do spend some time in sunlight early in the mornings or late evenings...
Do consult general medicine doctor to find a good supplements of
calcium...
Regarding calf pain..keep working on endurance and strength...
Things should be okay slowly..
