Because of ur faulty food and activities doshas accumulated (toxins) and manifested ur un healthy condition. If u continue the faulty food and activities  the toxins again will accumulate and go to a diseased condition. Maximum dose of sneha pana depends on individual. Usually start with 50 ml and goes on increasing each day up to seven days.

No you cant have outside food on the 6th day the digestuve fire is low which make it unable to digest heavy processed food You can have normal food at homme and a lit bit outside but not a heavy meal from outside F9r further info do contact me
