Viral fever

I was diagnosed viral fever on blood test report .My problem is it is not improving even after 7 days now  I feel very weak and sick .iam constantly taking medicines prescribed by docter which includes paracetamol .please let me know when I will feel better

Please send your blood test report... Do CBC ,urine routine,widal test ,malaria card test ,dengue IgM ,IgG if u have fever more than 5 days.. Need more clinical history ..

Dear sir Viral fever normally resolves on its own.medicines only give symptom relief.
