High fever,cold,cough, headache, body ache weakness nose block sore throat. I was ok until yesterday but suddenly fever occurred

Take oral paracetamol 6th hourly
Cetrizine
Adequate hydration
No need of antibiotics.
If fever is persistent or retro-orbital pain or back pain is there, then get your dengue serology done. Dengue cases are hiking up recently.

Betadine gargle add 3ml solution in hot to warm water gargle it before meals two times.
Taxim o200 two times after food for five days.
Zerodol sp three times after food for 3to5 days.
Montek lc one at night for five days.
Oxyrelife nasal spray two puffs two times.
Plenty of water n liquid.

Viral fever cures within 3-5days. If not do consult a physician because it may not be viral. You have to go through few blood tests like cbc, typhoid, dengue, malaria tests

All your symptoms are pointing towards viral illness mostly acute febrile respiratory illness so I strongly suggest you to consult your physician in order to monitor all your vitals

It may be viral which will cure itself in 3-5days if still it persist then u should go to consult a physician because it will be not viral for confirming it u have to go through some investigation cbc ,dengue typhoid malaria test .

This sounds most consistent with an acute viral upper-respiratory infection, but high fever with weakness needs monitoring. I would want to know the exact temperature, duration, breathing status and any medical conditions.

Please get cbc done and share results.
Take tab augmentin 625mg one morning and one evening for 5days.
Tab sinarest one every 8hours for 5days.
Tab cetrizine 5mg one morning and one evening for 5days.
Tab zerodol sp one every 8hours for 3 days, after meals.
Grilinctus dx cough syp 5m.l every 8hours for 5days to 7 days.
Do hot saline gargles and steam inhalation 3 times daily.
