Vibration in muscle

I have been noticing vibration in my muscles for so many days...first it started from leg..today I have vibration in my hand muscle...i.e above elbow ...for so many days...what does it indicate...

by vibration u mean Tremors? it can be because of deficiency of certain minerals and vitamins. u can consult general practitioner for supplements and start strengthening the muscles advised by physiotherapist
