Adapted way of sitting or standing is most often not a big problem. Posture issues are commonly over assessed and over treated.
Get a Physio assessment done to see if there is any significant & relevant structural change. If there's none, just start regular exercise and stay active. Initial few months of exercise plans can be guided by your Physio.
