Your description suggests positional vertigo, but recurrent episodes lasting hours and worsening function need a fresh examination; do not assume it is only BPPV. Continue prescribed treatment, avoid driving or unsafe heights, rise slowly and stay hydrated. If weakness, facial droop, speech or vision change, severe headache, fainting or inability to walk occurs, seek emergency care immediately. Please book a Practo consult or ENT assessment with your medication list so I can guide the next step.
