Depends upon your budget and luxury of painless vaccine,
If you want in low budget painful is the answer with good efficacy.
Vaccination should not be postponed as outside situation of Corona is going to worsen further.

DTaP(commonly termed as painless)vaccines are not more efficacious than DTwP(termed normal /painful) vaccines, but have fewer adverse effects. It must also be remembered that serious adverse effects are rare phenomena even with the DTwP vaccine unlike popular belief.
