UTI Of a 3 month baby boy

Hello, My son has been diagnosed with UTI since 15 days. URINE CULTURE report shows Pseudomonas aeruginosa. So doctor prescribed Amikacin 100mg IV for 4 days along with Zanocin 50 and KUB scan. The scan report only shows the concern of the thickened bladder wall of 6mm and rest are normal. Also advised for CBC and Urea/Creatinine test. My question.. 1. Are Mikacin and Zanocin 50 safe for baby of 3 month having 6KG weight. If yes what should be the dosage. 2. In my search, mostly i found Zanocin 50 is not so safe compared to Mikacin. Could you please advise further.

Zanocin is not advised in infants And antibiotics will be prescribed according to culture report Any culture proven UTI needs complete evaluation ( Ultrasound KUB, MCU)
