There is a burning sensation after passing urine and there is pain in lower abdominal area, each time the amount of urine passed is less and too frequent, please suggest a soluttion

Please get a urine routine examination and an ultrasound kub done. UTI in young men is uncommon. Better to rule out any other cause.
