I attached my uti report I have burning sensation and pain while peeing and I have back pain and also tingling sensation in legs

Hi are having your menstrual cycle because there is blood in your urine. Drink plenty of fluids take Syp citralka thrice daily with water. Check if your having white discharge. If the symptoms persist you will need to start antibiotics and get an usg abdomen pelvis with trine culture
