These are my father's test reports. We have done his overall health check up. He's experiencing pain near his kidney area. Can you exactly tell what's wrong ?

You must consult a physician with proper history.he may be diabetic,based on earlier reports(though they arent too clear).hypertension and kidney disease to be ruled out
