Hello Doctor, I have done urine routine and culture report come report shows puscell and epithelial few is this normal report ... my wbc was 14000 and ESR 113 , have cough with cold coming thick on nose as well while spit it  for an week and joint back pain , no fever ...

Your counts are high probably because you have a throat infection ? Bacterial Take a short course of antibiotic and antiallergic Consult for the right treatment

As per your history and your investigation you seem to be having infection as your TLC is raised. Please do the following Warm water gargle 3-4 time's a day Steam inhalation twice a day Plenty of water orally. Avoid cold items in food. High protein diet Syp.Honylinctus 2tsf tds x 5 days Please do culture and sensitivity of sputum and urine
