Those values show urinary tract infection and calcium oxalate crystals. You need a suitable antibiotic after getting the culture and sensitivity test.Drink plenty of water and use urinary alkaliniser.

Please get a repeat urine examination done.  The collection of specimens is very important and it should be delivered to the Laboratory within one hour. If it is a similar report then you will need a urine culture.

Your urine report shows a significant presence of pus cells, epithelial cells, RBCs, trace proteins, and calcium oxalate crystals, which suggest a possible urinary tract infection (UTI) and a strong likelihood of renal (kidney) stones, given the high amount of calcium oxalate crystals. The presence of 20-25 RBCs per HPF (high-power field) may indicate some degree of irritation or damage within the urinary tract, likely due to the stone formation. Pus cells also point toward an infection, which can be associated with kidney stones or an unrelated UTI. For a clearer diagnosis, I recommend getting an **ultrasound of the kidney, ureters, and bladder (USG KUB)** to check for stone presence and size. In the meantime, avoid oxalate-rich foods (such as spinach, beets, rhubarb, strawberries, chocolate, and nuts) and increase your calcium intake through dietary sources like dairy or fortified plant-based milk. This can help balance oxalate absorption and reduce stone formation. For further evaluation and personalized treatment, feel free to consult me directly or WhatsApp me at **eight zero zero nine eight two one double three two**.
