I'm having lower abdomen pain and discomfort after urination... i did urine test.. please see my report do I have any infection or any problem?

Your urine analysis is normal As far as the pain is concerned ,get an ultrasound scan abdomen Repeat early morning midstream urine sample analysis and culture
