Hello doctors, I am a 28 y/o guy. For the past 4-5 days I am having an urination problem, I have to go frequently to urinate, it pains when I do so and the urine appears to have white patches to it, also I have a lower flow of urine. I used to masterbate regularly, but in hindsight I can understand that I've not been very hygienic while doing so(I have frequently touched my penis with unclean hands). I sleep well at night and urge to urinate dosent wake me up( Unless I dont sleep at all because of anxiety and have to go to the bathroom 1-2 times). Friends who know this are scaring me saying it's prostate cancer. What should be done now, please suggest!
