Urine Infection and Fever

My father has diagnosed with UTI with high Fever(99 to 102).Doctor has prescribed the below medicines.but there is no improvement in Fever.sometimes it's in normal and sometimes it's very high.he is taking these medicine since 2days.Could you please tell is there any changes needed in medicine or not.How many days Fever will last. 1-Exotil CV 625 2-Levomac 500 3-Meduvit 4-syrap K Mac 5-Paracetamol 6-pantoprazol
