I have got my KFT test done and noticed Uric acid is 7.1 and chloride is 106, rest all seems fine Do I need to take any medicines or precautions

The diagnosis of Gout is unlikely. Hydrate yourself adequately. Repeat Uric acid levels from a NABL accredited LAB.
