Uric acid 7.61 is only mildly high and by itself does not cause hot burning legs or calf stiffness - so don't blame gout for all of this. Your pattern (burning in legs, calf stiffness on standing, weakness in knees and feet, fatigue) points more to vitamin D and B12 deficiency, and I would also rule out early diabetes and thyroid disease. Get vitamin D, B12, HbA1c, fasting sugar, TSH, CBC, creatinine and an ESR/CRP. If you have never had a hot red swollen joint attack, you do not need uric acid lowering medicine yet - cut down beer, red meat, organ meat and sugary drinks, drink 3 litres water daily, and it will settle. See a doctor sooner if any joint becomes red, hot and swollen, or if the calf becomes painful and swollen on one side only. Consult me on Practo with those reports and I'll give you a firm diagnosis instead of chasing one number.

Uric acid is marginally raised. Avoid spinach, tomatoes,  red meat, beer, take high protein substances,  sparingly. Get serum d3, calciumb12, iron,  levels checked and share results. Then I can guide you further.
