According to symptoms mention by you,i would recommend you to consult a cardiologist as soon as possible, prior to that consider doing a ECG and a 3d echo cardiogram for better evaluation.
Next Steps
consult cardiologist

👋 Hello! Thank you for sharing your concern. Chest pain radiating to the jaw — especially with a history of similar episodes — needs careful evaluation, even if your previous 2D echo was normal. 2D Echo only evaluates cardiac structure/function, not coronary arteries ⚠️ Important: If you develop severe chest pain, sweating, breathlessness, or pain spreading to left arm/jaw, pleaseconsult immediately.
Next Steps
You may need: ECG or CT Coronary Angiography to rule out blockages. But consult before taking further steps.
Health Tips
• Control cholesterol levels with diet, exercise, and possibly medications • Continue managing GERD with proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) and avoid triggers like spicy food, late meals, and caffeine • Avoid lying down immediately after meals — elevate your head while sleeping 🙏 Stay safe and proactive — let’s find the exact cause and treat it properly. I'm here to guide you through the process.

Heart issue unlikely at your age with normal 2D Echo. Symptoms may be from GERD, anxiety, or cholesterol. Next Steps: Repeat ECG, manage GERD and cholesterol. Consult cardiologist and consider anxiety evaluation. Helpful Tip: Avoid spicy food, stress, and eat early dinners. Exercise daily.
