Upper eyelid twitching

I am getting continuous left eye upper eyelid twitching for last 1 month. It stops when I close or stretch the eye and then after sometime comes back again for around 30sec. I have glasses but there is no change in power. I changed my glasses 6 month back. Kindly advise how to stop the twitching of eyelid.

May be due to stress and strain,calcium deficiency.pl use glasses continuously. Pl take Tab.Shelcal 500 mg,1tab per day for 1 month.pl consult pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.
