Getting severe upper back pain and middle back pain from past 9 months.done few days back mri of cervical spine with whole spine screening shows these conditions plz check report.doctor gave dolonex dt 20mg tablet 1-0-1 for 10 days and pregabalin 50mg and nortriptyline 10mg at night for 1 month.i have stomach issues can I take 1 tablet dolonex dt 10mg.whih exercises should I do.
