Unwanted thoughts

I have of problem of thinking wantedly and put effort in getting thoughts .why am I voluntarily and wantedly thinking.This happend two three times every time I say not to think but I wantedly think.these thoughts are causing extreme anxiety stress and depression.iam visiting psychiatrist for last 15 years.plz suggest solution for this
