Namaskaram A root canal treatment is completed when canals are filled and securely sealed, failure to do so leaves a railway for infection to travel below your tooth and spread to surrounding areas. If not treated even at this stage it can cause multiple complications in health. In this pandemic time, it is not a good idea to compromise on your health. Please take the required precautions and visit your local dentist open for dental emergencies to access your condition and take the absolutely necessary steps.. Team Shambhala.

There is high chances that the tooth is becoming infected due to the unfinished RCT procedure. Most probably the adjacent tooth pain is due to referral from the concerned tooth.
Next Steps
Need to check the status of the tooth. Contact any nearby clinic if it gets aggravated during this lock down period.
Health Tips
Tab Ketorol DT eight hourly thrice a day can give temporary relief
