UNDIOGNOSED Metastastised oral cancer

NOW ORAL  CANCER: TUMOURS ON LIPS AND TONGUE DUE TO TOBACCO CHEWING FOR I0 YEARS, THOUGH UNTESTED, NO BIOPSY DONE EVEN NOW..ALL THE SYMPTOMS OF ORAL CANCER EXPERIENCED .UNABLE TO EAT ANYTHING HOT/DKIGHT CHILLY. NO TESTS ARE DONE AS OF NOW. Since biopsy of lips may LOOK ugly, biopsy not done.since 18 months. PRESENTLY, SINCE ONE MONTH, STOMACH IS BLOATED AND NO APPETITE, BROWNISH AND PINK COLOURED WATERY JAGGERY LIKE STOOLS COMING. RIGHT SIDE UPPER STOMACH (LIVER) IS QUITE PAINFUL. BROWNISH URINE VERY LITTLE IS COMING. UPPER BACK INCLUDES BUTTOCKS PAINFUL,. ALL BONES ARE PAINFUL. Kindly advise ,what treatment can I take. UNABLE TO WALK. Symptoms look metastastised oral cancer. ANY TREATMENT POSSIBLE NOW SIR
