Hello doctor, Daily I'm having the stiffness under the feet, in the left foot, there is stiffness in the heel region and in the right foot, under the toe it is stiff and painful. Could not focus on moving objects, radiating pain towards the left hand. Cracking sounds at the arms and under the right leg joint. Arms stiffness. Lower head heaviness and ear pain. Checked with ENT specialist, the ear seems normal What could it be? Thank you

You should get a Complete Health Package done from a reputed Laboratory. It should include Serum Calcium, Magnesium, Vit D3 and B12 in addition to other tests. You should consult an Orthopedic surgeon to exclude flat feet and any corn . Your symptom of pain radiating from foot to the hand is not understood.

Check uric acid, serum vit. D, serum calcium, tested. Share results online. For now, Take tab combiflam one every 8hours after meals for 5 days. Wear thick covered shoes like sports shoes which keep feet well supported for walking. Soak feet in warm water for few minutes, 2 to 3 times daily.
