Hello, Sleep disturbances, bodily aches, forgetfulness and repititive thoughts may be sign of depression. How is you mood for major part of the day? Do you feel fresh through out the day ? Can you concentrate on your work? What kind of thoughts do you get? Do you feel helpless, hopeless and worthless?
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist
