Unable to sleep

I try sleeping on time but unable to sleep. I usually fall asleep around 4 am or 5 am. I have tried many things but nothing works.

It seems like a common problem in our current generation. You seem to have delayed sleep wake phase syndrome. I can suggest chronotherapy for you.

Try to not have screen time before sleep , take a shower , remove distractions . Noise makers work sometimes . Melatonin can be taken With after doctors approval .
