Yes drink lots of fluid and at the time of scan u should have urge to pass urine it gives more n clear room for USG

For TVS- you need to empty your bladder For TAS- water intake is advised before scan

The ideal scan would be by vaginal route … if it’s a trans vaginal scan then u have to empty ur bladder If it’s a trans abdominal scan u have to keep your bladder full Depends on what scan ur going to take
