I m suffering from one mouth ulcer more than 3 months it's not curing, I m not getting what treatment should I take. Please suggest

CAUSES OF ULCER....
**Iron deficiency anemia
** Stress and anxiety
** VITAMIN B 12 DEFICIENCY
**precancerous lesion..
As the ulcer persists for more than 3 months care should be taken to check for any pre cancerous lesion...

I think oral ulcer present inside mouth for more than 15 days after eliminating the visible cause should go ideally for biopsy and histopathology!!!!!
