Hello doc...my kid is of 2.5 years ...he never hv mouth ulcers but nowadays he had this problem...in mouth nd in anterior part of tongue he hv ulcers ...and  i felt its getting painful bcoz he crying v much ...shall i give him bivon syrup

Hello, You can give Bevon syrup for now , it will help ease the pain to an extent only since it is basically a multivitamin syrup. For ulcers, mucopain gel or hexigel provides better relief.
