I have cheek bite problem because of molars and i am a smoker and have that white line or patch because of cheek bites and already consulted with dentist they said its cherk bite but yesterday i saw something different i took online consultation the doctor said its ulcerative mucosa and its caused of smoking not molars ? What is that ? Can it be healed and how to quit smoking and how long it will take to heal ? Is it dangerous? I am panic right know as i cant leave smoking i am trying my best but this happened to my mouth and youre all are dr you can guide me pls for this Check these image and tell pls whats that ?

It can be leukoplakia or due to chronic cheek biting. Quit smoking. Supra erupted or impacted wisdom tooth has to be removed. Antioxidants along with multivitamin supplements has to be taken. You can consult through this for prescription of medication and instructions on investigations.

Don't worry be relaxed . As I can see you have written yourself that you have cheek bite problem due to molar teeth and seems like this. As you are just 20 yrs, I think you're smoking since 2-3 years which is very small time period. Smoking of longer than 10 years can cause problems. And plz check is it on one or both cheeks, types of white and pattern of white line and any pain or burning sensation.
