I have been feeling this on my buccal mucosa since 5/6 months. It doesn't look like an ulcer to me. To my tongue it just feels like a rough surface. But sometimes i feel a light burning sensation there and there's no pain . Please help

Hello sir, the picture is not very clear. Visit the clinic for a proper examination. It can be a traumatic ulcer because of sharp cusps of teeth so clinical examination is needed.
