Ulcer problem

Sir I have been ulcer problem for 7days ago day to day it reduces large I am using ulcer gel but it is not working so please give me a suggestion

I presume you have leg ulcer which is usually caused by varicose veins..diabetis or injury. Treatment is different for each.
Next Steps
if leg ulcer then use Hydroheal oint thrice daily and cover with gauge and bandage.
