Hello sir, I am non smoker non tobacco etc, I have develop a red small patch on both sides of tounge means first on 22 I develop in left lateral tounge and I was very anxious about it then I develop on right lateral tounge today I asked one doctor online because I have fear of cancer he told not to worry as if cancer develop it is on one side only or middle but on two different sides are not cancer and both sides have nearly same appearance small red area please give your view about this sir The red area is painless but not bleed

Yes its true if it is cancer than most probably it will develop on one side not both so dont worry about that.
Next Steps
Apply KENOCORT GEL with DOLO GEL CT in combination  at affected area 3 to 4 times in a day and leave it in mouth . Dont drink or chew anything for 30 minutes after applying it. Cap.Becasoule (10days) Tab.Sporlac ( 10 days)
Health Tips
Avoid eating or drinking too hot and spicy food . Have icecream or drink water asap .
