Hi, I was diagnosed with typhoid last week and am still getting a high fever only in the evening. I have full vomiting sensation and acidity  didn't have much appetite. I am allergic to curd, buttermilk, ghee etc. I am asthmatic so cannot take any of these. please suggest what can be taken during typhoid. I have attached reports.

Looks like u r having some other issue along with positive typhoid report.. Do you have frequent urge of passing stool ?? Pain in lower or upper abdomen ? Immediately after food urge of passing stool ? A good present history required for treatment of such chronic disease... kindly visit to my profile

If you get fever despite of taking oral antibiotics , you must be admitted for IV antibiotics and supportive therapy. I highly recommend you to get admitted under a general medicine doctor nearby.
