Nimesulide is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to reduce pain and inflammation, but it is not typically recommended for managing fever, especially in cases like typhoid, as it can have potential liver-related side effects. Typhoid fever already places stress on the liver, and adding nimesulide could exacerbate this. Kindly consult for further treatment.
