Can I take Holy Basil Tilsi Extract Tablet and Ashvagandha Tablet on Regular Basis.I am already taking Liquid of Amla,Aloevera and Giloe in Morning empty stomach .

As you are already taking amla, aloe vera and giloy in the morning taking tulsi and ashwagandha is not required. Unless you feel week or low on immunity.

Taking any of the above in small quantity is good. Even any single ingredient can be used.
