Trying to conceive since last 7 months

Hello doctor I have been trying to conceive since last 7 months but no positive results yet. My reports say 3.8mm thin triple line endometrium seen,both ovaries are PCO pattern Right ovary measures 33* 17mm Left ovary measures 33* 18mm Doctor have put me on letroz 2.5 for D3 to D7 Can I conceive naturally or not?

The answer will depend on the investigations Semen analysis of husband Hsg to see if tubes are open or closed Amh levels to look fr ovarian function
