Trying to conceive since last 7 months
Hello doctor I have been trying to conceive since last 7 months but no positive results yet. My reports say 3.8mm thin triple line endometrium seen,both ovaries are PCO pattern
Right ovary measures 33* 17mm
Left ovary measures 33* 18mm
Doctor have put me on letroz 2.5 for D3 to D7
Can I conceive naturally or not?
