Trying to Conceive

Hi Doctor, I am trying to conceive.. so I have given the follicular study on 12th day EM : 7mm , right Overy 14*14mm and left overy 14*14mm can I know if this report good to conceive and doctor asked me to come on 15th day to check. In the past November 2023 miscarried so now I am consulting doctor to conceive.
