What is the difference between triphala and triphala guggul ??? Which Is best for constipation???please advice

Triphala is churna is best for constipation But daily usuage is not recommended

Triphala is very good for constipation but most imp thing is dose and patient condition. So take it with doctors advice.

Trifala gugulu contains gugulu along with trifala. Generally OnlyTrifala is taken for constipation.  But without proper history self medications are not advisable

Triphala is good for digestive system.if you take triphala   like this:- :- take one teaspoon of tariphala  soaked it in to one glass water  over night.  in morning separate the triphala powder from water and drink only that water in morning empty stomach. Do this for 15 day and do yoga along with it in morning empty stomach. See result yourself. 2nd:- drink at least one lt leukiwarm water in a day 3rd:- add boiled beat root in your salad 4th:- eat fibrous fruit and vegetable salad. :-and triphala guggul is basically used in inflammation ,wound healing etc.and along with triphala content guggul is also added in triphala guggul.

I will suggest not to use any powder for constipation Just see the pathology of constipation (Malabadhta) Sheeta sthira and ruksha Guna or Vata increases leads to constipation If you are using any powder for constipation it will break your mal (stool ) and cause mucous erosion somthing in intestines and without lubrication thm leads to more problems cause more dryness in intestines Better I will Suggest you use Ghandrav Hastadi tail 40-50 ml twice in a week with 1/2 cup of hot milk or water 1 hrs after of you dinner (only in night time ) It will lubricates your intestines as it is oil and break you mal badhta (constipation) Breaks kapha vibhanda

Triphala churna is a powder of triphala. Triphala Guggulu is a tablet of triphala and some more drugs. For constipation take 2 tsp Triphala churna with warm water at bed time.
