Triphala and blood thinners

Hi, I wanted to know does triphala interact with blood thinners, I am taking Rivaxa 15 mg. I want to.improve my gut health, suffering from anxiety, acidity, and gas. I heard triphala is good for gut health. Pleaae guide. Thanks.

Triphala is a detoxify medicine… it helps to balance all 3 dosas in the body … it should not be taken for too long … it’s a safe medicine to consume with allopathy …
