Triglycerides

Hello Doctors, 1 month before I have tested my cholesterol triglycerides level it was 375 so yesterday I have checked it was 155 so I got confused and checked with another lab it is showing 116 today..firts 2 test done in same lab and 3 test done in different lab .so totally I got confused.So is this possible to change rapidly.I am not taking medicine for this.

High triglycerides could be due to not doing test correctly or due to heavy intake of food last night before test this is very common. No need for medication for now.
